Job Description
Sano Paaila Daycare & Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children across Play Group, Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels. This role requires strong teaching skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons for early years students
Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment
Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
Develop interactive teaching methods to support early childhood development
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning environment
ECCE/Montessori training preferred
Fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patient, caring, and pleasant personality
Ability to handle young children with care and professionalism
