Teacher(Early Childhood Education)

Sano Paaila Daycare & Early Learning Centre is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children across Play Group, Nursery, LKG, and UKG levels. This role requires strong teaching skills, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons for early years students
• Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor and assess students’ progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
• Develop interactive teaching methods to support early childhood development
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning environment
• ECCE/Montessori training preferred
• Fluency in both spoken and written Nepali and English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, caring, and pleasant personality
• Ability to handle young children with care and professionalism
