Job Title: Audit Support Analyst for US-Based Client

Location: Kumaripati, Lalitpur, Nepal (Work from Office)

Offered Salary: CTC 45k to 55k

Working Hours: 6:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. (Night Shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Analyst with experience in ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite. The role involves organizing audit documentation, supporting ad hoc projects, and collaborating across teams to deliver accurate, insightful findings. Strong communication and analytical skills are key to ensuring compliance and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate internal and external audits related to document management

·        Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission or storage.

·        Ensure proper labeling, classification, and filing of documents.

·        Maintain an organized audit documentation system for easy retrieval.

·        Ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit documentation.

·        Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Work on ad hoc projects such as reconciliation and credit & collection.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Prior experience working with US/UK-based companies, especially in night shifts, is preferred.

·        Minimum 1 year experience preferred

·        Prior experience in audit, reconciliation, credit & collection, or a related field preferred.

·        Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce etc.) is an added advantage.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent communication and coordination skills (written and verbal).

·        Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other standard office tools.

Ideal Candidate:

·        Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·        Experience in audit, reconciliation, credit & collection

·        Familiarity with ERP tools (NetSuite, Salesforce preferred)

·        Strong communication & MS Excel skills

·        Prior night shift or international process experience preferred

·        Must have own two-wheeler & valid driving license

·        Candidates from nearby areas are highly preferred
