Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales & Service to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) business operations. The role involves overseeing sales growth, after-sales service excellence, and dealer network development.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EV sales and service operations across assigned regions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Oversee dealer/distributor performance and network expansion
- Ensure high-quality after-sales service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and EV industry developments
- Coordinate with technical teams for service improvements and training
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales & service (EV experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of electric vehicle market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle dealer networks and customer relationships effectively
- Experience in EV brands or automobile dealerships
- Strategic planning and business development expertise
- Technical understanding of EV systems and servicing
