Job Description

Location: Bakhundole, Lalitpur 44600, Nepal

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) from Monday to Friday 


Position Overview: 

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This role involves strategic market analysis and building long-term partnerships to achieve the company’s expansion targets.


General Scope of Work: 

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  2. Develop, execute, and oversee business strategy that prioritizes growth, both financial and reputational, create market development plans and forecast sales targets and growth
  3. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business; work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  4. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them; discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department, attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  5. Understand the market, undertake research and analysis to understand how certain industry and industry segments work, consider the people, organisation, processes, information, data, technology, regulations and compliance, identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective product placement aligning with organisational goals.
  6. Identify key players in specific industry/market segmentation; seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, foster and develop relationships with customers/clients, understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
  7. Offer best product/solution available to solve customer’s pain points, conduct product pitches and demos, handle the questions and objections from the client, facilitate the conversation with OEM whenever necessary
  8. Plan and execute customer onboarding plans, develop/agree/approve documentation and compliance, and set up post-sales customer service/success pathways and close the deal.
  9. Manage and update the CRM database regularly to ensure data integrity and track sales progress.

  • Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • At least 2 - 3 years’ of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales or business development
