Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors.
- Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock levels and healthy credit limits.
- Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of DSR and Conduct regular coaching the team.
- Review daily/weekly sales reports to identify gaps. Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches to provide actionable feedback to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience.
- 1–2 years in FMCG sales, within the hygiene, personal care, or baby care industry.
