About the Role
Accord Consulting Services Pty Ltd is hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for:
- Accord Digital Marketing (Social Media Management, Web Design & Development, App Development)
- Accord AI (Voice AI solutions for businesses — ai.accordconsultingservices.com)
This role is for someone who can sell, represent, and grow the brand aggressively both in Nepal and internationally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate and close deals for digital marketing, web/app development, and AI solutions
- Actively approach clients via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Represent Accord in meetings, calls, and video content if required
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to deliver results
- Recruit and manage commission-based sales agents to expand reach
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development / sales
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Highly active and confident on social media platforms
- Ability to approach and close local and international clients
- Confident personality — comfortable being the face of the company if needed
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and serious about growth
Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: NPR 25,000/month
- Performance Bonus: High earning potential — up to NPR 300,000+ based on results
- Freedom to build your own sales network (commission-based agents)
Probation & Growth
- 1-month probation period (performance-based)
- Candidates must submit a weekly result-driven plan in their cover letter
- Permanent position will be offered based on performance
