We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager who can independently manage store operations, lead the team, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, professional, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, manage, motivate, and train the store team to meet performance goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues efficiently
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Ensure achievement of store sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee inventory & stock management, including expiry control and loss prevention
- Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily sales reports
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display
- Plan and execute in-store campaigns, promotions, and activities that work best for the store
- Monitor product availability and coordinate timely replenishment
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Use POS systems efficiently for billing, reports, and inventory tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in Health & Beauty retail
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
- Good knowledge of stock management and expiry loss control
- Sales-driven mindset with strong upselling & cross-selling skills
- Basic working knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality
