Organisation: Leading Multi-Brand Cosmetic Store


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Store Manager who can independently manage store operations, lead the team, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, professional, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and train the store team to meet performance goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or issues efficiently
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Ensure achievement of store sales targets and KPIs
  • Oversee inventory & stock management, including expiry control and loss prevention
  • Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily sales reports
  • Maintain high standards of store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display
  • Plan and execute in-store campaigns, promotions, and activities that work best for the store
  • Monitor product availability and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Use POS systems efficiently for billing, reports, and inventory tracking


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in Health & Beauty retail
  • Strong team handling and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
  • Good knowledge of stock management and expiry loss control
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong upselling & cross-selling skills
  • Basic working knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality
