Job Description

Entrepreneurs Accountants is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer interactions and support the growth of the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and assist in managing social media platforms. This role is suitable for individuals passionate about customer communication, social media engagement, and digital interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries across digital platforms.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear solutions.
Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone in all communications.
Follow up with interested leads and support customer conversions.
Assist in managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok.

Job Specification

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently in progress)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with a strong interest in social media are encouraged to apply

Skills Required:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, and messaging platforms
Social media management experience will be an added advantage
