Job Description

Job Purpose:

To promote core values and enable business success through stocking products on shelves, doing inventory, assisting customers with questions, and keeping the store organized.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA):

· GRGI: Goods Receive & Goods Issue entry in SAP.

· PO: Local Purchase Order entry in SAP.

· New Vendor & Item Creation in Coordination with Account.

· PR: Purchase Request entry in SAP.

· Inventory Management & Control (Raw Material & Packaging Material Stock)

· To provide assistance to the store in charge of its day-to-day tasks

· To perform store opening and closing tasks

· To display products in an easy-to-locate manner

· To inspect items and products for any breakages or damages

· Implement the best standards of practice in providing customer services in a store setting

· To maintain the store area neat and clean.

· To handle safely and delicately the items and products in a store

· To develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers

· Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Report: Daily, Weekly & Monthly


Qualification: +2 Completed in a relevant field or BBA/ BBS/ BBM/ BA Running


Experience: 1-2 years in a Store

· Vendor service skills.

· Teamwork skill.

· Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

· To be thorough and pay attention to detail.

· Sensitivity and understanding.

· The ability to use your initiative.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.
