Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Sr. Architect. The Sr. Architect will take on key responsibilities such as developing architectural designs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, reviewing project requirements, and ensuring successful integration of design and construction elements. In addition, the role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, and ensuring quality and compliance with client expectations.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design techniques
Skills in Project Management to execute and oversee large-scale projects effectively
Experience with Integration processes to ensure seamless alignment across disciplines
Familiarity with software tools related to architecture and design is beneficial
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with clients and collaborators
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Previous experience in interior design and structural projects is a plus
