Employment Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday) (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Job Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
Offered Salary: 25k (Gross) or above
The Primary Audience in Australia is Nepali and Indian, and in Nepal, it is all of Nepal, refined to Specific Metro or regional areas of Nepal and Australia.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and indexing documents.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and submissions for applications, appeals, and other related matters.
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and current case files, records and databases.
• Provide administrative support to lawyers, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
• Assist lawyers in preparing and coordinating client meetings, government agency interviews and Tribunal or Court hearings.
• Collaborate with lawyers to conduct follow-up communication with clients.
• Always follow up on your task, matter and update lawyers accordingly.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings.
• Develop and keep up-to-date knowledge of relevant information, resources and templates.
• Undertake other legal and administrative tasks assigned to support the efficient operation of the legal team and the firm.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents for applications and processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation records in physical and digital formats.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and ensure all submissions meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive client information.
• Regularly inform the client about their application status and address any concerns.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive records of all client documentation, including academic records, applications and correspondence.
• Scanning the documents, naming documents and data entry information and documents into the CRM system and folders.
Qualification and Experience
• At least Undergraduate (Bachelor) (4 Years Degree)
• At least having two-wheelers or a license is a bonus
