Senior Account Officer For Clothing Company in Lazimpat, Kathmandu.

*Education: Bachelor complete
Key Responsibilities
1.Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Conduct financial analysis and support management with timely insights for decision-making.
2. Odoo ERP Management:
Oversee and ensure accurate accounting entries within the Odoo ERP system.
Manage POS reconciliation, purchase modules, automated journal entries, and system-generated reports.
Ensure seamless integration between retail sales, inventory, and accounting records.
3. Inventory & Cost Management:
Monitor inventory valuation and conduct regular stock reconciliations.
Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and retail margins to ensure profitability accuracy.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory control compliance.
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage vendor payments, monitor credit terms, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Ensure timely reconciliation of retail receivables including cash, card, and digital payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and improve receivable cycles.
5. Compliance & Taxation:
Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (VAT/GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Prepare and file statutory returns accurately and on time.
Support internal and external audit processes and maintain proper documentation.
6. Budgeting & Cost Control:
Assist in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
Perform variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide insights into spending patterns and operational efficiencies.
- Technical Skills:
1.Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP (Preferred)
2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial analysis tools)
3. Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations
