*Experience: 3 years of experience as Sr. Sales Officer/ ASM in FMCG/Food Industry

-Job Description:

*Achieve target according to the company goal

Controlling the stock of the Distributor

* To conduct competitor’s analysis and submit report along with action plan

* To coordinate and support for overall sales support activities and reporting

* Control damage expiry to maintain financial stability

* Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts.

* Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

* Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.

-Technical Skills :

Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint and Excel

-Management Skill:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn, Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math, Creative problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask, Excellent customer service, Ability to work well in teams
