We are looking for a dynamic, internationally minded sales professional to manage key B2B accounts and expand our global footprint.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and internationally oriented International Sales & Key Account Executive to manage and grow our global B2B client portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication across time zones, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key international buyers, ensuring high service standards, proactive follow-ups, and long-term partnership development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and expand international B2B key accounts across global markets
  • Serve as the primary contact for overseas clients, ensuring timely and professional communication aligned with service-level expectations
  • Lead quotation processes, price negotiations, sampling coordination, and order confirmations
  • Coordinate closely with production, quality control, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Identify upselling opportunities, product improvements, and customization possibilities
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and client communications using Google Workspace tools
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and support international market expansion
  • Confidently host and engage international buyers during factory visits in Nepal


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, export operations, or account management (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong understanding of global trade processes and B2B relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage clients across different time zones when required
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and digital sales tracking tools
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong interest in handicrafts, sustainability, ethical production, and global trade


Compensation:


Salary starts at NPR 40,000 per month, with higher pay based on experience and expertise.
