To accelerate this growth, we are hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Officer,, responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue generation, and business partnerships across multiple sectors.
Role Summary
As a Business Growth Officer, you will be the frontline representative of Prixa Group’s products and services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing long-term commercial relationships, and helping position our AI/Tech products in the education, corporate, digital, and production markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct networking.
- Product Pitching & Demonstration: Present and explain AI products such as TingTing and Third Factor to institutions, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Client Acquisition: Convert leads into paying customers by guiding them through proposals, pricing, and onboarding.
- Partnership Development: Build strategic relationships with colleges, companies, agencies, content creators, and digital platforms.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Assist in drafting commercial proposals and participate in pricing discussions and deal closures.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead records, update CRM/Google Sheets, track KPIs, and submit weekly and monthly sales progress reports to management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, tech, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion Strategy: Contribute ideas and feedback from the field to improve sales funnels, pricing models, and product positioning.
Skills and Qualifications
(Required)
- Strong English communication (verbal + written)
- Confident personality with excellent people skills
- Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and sales KPIs
- Problem-solving mindset and negotiation ability
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office
(Preferred)
- Experience in Sales, BDR, client handling, or outreach roles
- LinkedIn sales navigation and cold outreach knowledge
- Institutional sales or tech product selling exposure
