Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site/Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Design Cave is a multidisciplinary firm based in Kathmandu, specializing in luxury architecture, construction design, and digital innovation. We pride ourselves on a "minimal-meets-industrial" aesthetic, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can capture the technical precision of our architectural designs and the grit of our construction sites, turning them into premium digital content.
As our Videographer & Video Editor , you will be the bridge between our physical blueprints and our digital presence. You won't just be "filming buildings"—you will be capturing the lifestyle, the materials, and the transformation of spaces. Your work will directly influence our brand's perception across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- On-Site Production: Lead end-to-end video production, including scouting architectural sites, managing lighting, and capturing "ultra-realistic" footage of finished projects and ongoing construction.
- Post-Production Excellence: Edit raw footage into high-impact reels and long-form videos. This includes precision cutting, color grading to match our "luxury-industrial" brand palette, and sound design.
- Architectural Storytelling: Work closely with our architects to create "scroll-stopping" content, including "Before & After" transitions, site walkthroughs, and design process breakdowns.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive a library of high-quality architectural digital assets for future marketing use.
- Proven Portfolio: Strong experience in videography and editing (architectural or real estate experience is a massive plus).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of social media trends
- Independence: Ability to take a design concept and run with it, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Candidates who possess their own professional filming equipment (4K-capable Camera, Gimbal for smooth walkthroughs, and Audio gear) and a high-performance editing workstation/laptop will be given high preference .
- Mobility: Having your own two-wheeler is preferred for frequent visits to project sites around Kathmandu.
