Job Summary (Marketing Manager)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and oversee marketing strategies that drive company growth, user engagement, and business results. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing planning, campaign management, brand building, digital and offline marketing, market research, and lead generation, along with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Required Education Level: Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Required Experience: More than 2 years
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and promotional activities to ensure consistent brand identity
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Manage lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to support sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Management) to align marketing goals and business objectives
• Oversee content planning for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using analytics tools and campaign KPIs
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources for maximum ROI
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
