Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Officer to handle FMCG sales operations in Kathmandu. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing retailers/distributors, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned territory
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
Track competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments
Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Job Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the local market in Kathmandu
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
