This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Kathmandu, with the flexibility to work remotely when necessary. The Business Development Manager will identify and leverage growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage key accounts. The individual will develop strategies to expand market reach, generate revenue, negotiate contracts, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong business development, partnership management, and sales strategy skills
- Expertise in negotiation, relationship building, and account management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform market research and data analysis effectively
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology industry is a strong advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
