- The Engineering Manager manages and collaborates with cross-functional unit/business unit/division.
- Work with the Leadership/Sr. Management group and define the roles, strategy, and roadmap of the division or business units.
- Learn the systems and architectures across the company and communicate to the team how they can be leveraged in products/projects.
- Learn and Lead on industry best practices, work with teams to define team best practices, and then ensure that these best practices are understood and followed.
- Present Leadership with state-of-the-art technology and propose training and tools.
- Collaborate on decisions and policies from the needs of the teams.
- Propose and suggest leadership to successfully achieve the objectives of the organization and accomplish the company vision.
- Plan, engage in and facilitate different employee engagement plans.
- Communicate with leadership and senior management.
- Map employee and skill set to business deliverables.
- Enabler for program/cultural platforms.
- Support the operation management committee to manage teams.
- Sets standards for team performance evaluation.
- Provide guidelines and define indicators to measure outcomes.
- Proposes and supports resources/budget/logistic/skillset projections to senior management.
- Head the team requisition, recruitment and support talent program.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10 + years of professional work experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- A technology leader - preferably in JAVA and/or .Net technologies
- Experience of leading cloud native applications with GenAI implementations would be a strong plus point
- Passion to lead the different organizational programs
- Support leadership and guide teams
- Leadership on operational support
- Proficient in architecture and technology framework - Full Stack JAVA and/or .NET technologies
- Communicate proficiently
