Job Description
Bright Future HR Solution is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand international recruitment partnerships and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong rapport with international clients, and driving organizational growth in the overseas recruitment sector. This role requires excellent communication, leadership capability, international market understanding, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in overseas recruitment markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign employers and partners.
- Promote company recruitment services and negotiate business contracts.
- Research new and trending international recruitment practices and market demands.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Lead and delegate tasks effectively within the team while identifying individual strengths.
- Meet agreed deadlines, targets, and performance objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and CRM records.
- Perform additional duties/projects as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Fresher or candidates with prior experience in recruitment/business development may apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and best practices.
- International market knowledge is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building ability.
- Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
