Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Server to join our team in Kathmandu.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering a high-quality dining experience to guests
- Assisting guests with menu selections and recommendations
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (English & Nepali preferred)
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience (advantageous)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
