Job Description
Seven to Nine Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
- Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle requests promptly
- Handle billing, payments, and POS operations accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Assist in setting up and closing the café as required
- Follow all service standards and operational procedures
Job Specification
- Minimum high school qualification (Hospitality training is a plus)
- Prior experience in a café or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
