Waiter/Waitress

Seven to Nine Café is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
• Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle requests promptly
• Handle billing, payments, and POS operations accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Assist in setting up and closing the café as required
• Follow all service standards and operational procedures

• Minimum high school qualification (Hospitality training is a plus)
• Prior experience in a café or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
