Role Description – Bartender
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender position based in Kathmandu. As a Bartender at Bagaichā, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional bar experience by crafting both classic and innovative cocktails while maintaining the company’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing beverages according to company recipes, managing the bar area efficiently, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. The role also involves handling guest orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing cash or digital transactions, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming guest experience
- Solid bartending knowledge, including mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
- Experience in Food & Beverage service with good menu and pairing knowledge
- Ability to handle cash and digital transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Prior bartending experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
