Job Description

Seven to Nine Café is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Café Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and supervise café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Manage cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events to attract customers
  • Ensure quality control of food and beverages served
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office)
