Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the Salesforce & Odoo ecosystem
- Understand and analyze client needs related to Salesforce, Odoo, SaaS, and IT solutions.
- Qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and CRM tools.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for target accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client documents.
- Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM systems.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and conversion progress.
- Engage in initial discovery calls when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development (preferably Salesforce , Odoo or IT/SaaS).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exposure to Salesforce, Odoo , SaaS, or IT services (preferred).
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, outreach tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred).
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Eagerness to grow in global business development.
