Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze client needs related to Salesforce and IT solutions.
  • Qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies for target accounts.
  • Support in creating presentations, pitch decks, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly activity reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 0 to 6 months of internship experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Interest in Salesforce, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about global business development.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Eligibility:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students (any discipline).
  • Prior internship or part-time experience in sales is a plus.
  • Must be based in Nepal and available to work during Day Shift hours.
  • Comfortable working remotely with strong self-discipline and time-management skills.
