Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Kathmandu. The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, generating and managing leads, managing customer relationships, and driving channel sales efforts. The role also involves creating strategies to reach sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth coordination between management, team members, and clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills to convey ideas and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations and Channel Sales strategies to drive performance
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the automotive or EV sector is an added advantage


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
