The Office Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for day-to-day business execution.
You Will
- Track sales activities & agent performance
- Ensure operational discipline
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, accounts, and management
- Maintain systems, reports, and internal controls
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Track leads, site visits, meetings, and deal progress
- Maintain and update CRM & sales trackers
- Monitor agent KPIs (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Ensure follow-ups are happening on time
- Prepare sales performance reports for management
- Flag weak performance early and escalate issues
- Manage daily office workflow and discipline
- Coordinate documentation for deals (agreements, token, commission)
- Ensure internal policies are followed
- Support onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain vendor coordination (internet, tools, services)
- Control operational expenses within approved budgets
