Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist & Graphic Designer based in Kathmandu. The role combines front-desk operations, where you will manage phone calls, greet visitors, and handle clerical tasks, with graphic design tasks. These include creating and updating marketing materials, designing promotional content, and collaborating with the team to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.

Qualifications

Skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Tasks, with a focus on ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
Experience in designing marketing materials and maintaining a consistent visual brand identity is a plus.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment.
Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related fields.
