- Designs and implements marketing strategies in line with the organizational goals
- Develop long term & medium term strategies for various product categories with special focus on deeper participation across the value chain
- Develops Common Strategies, Common Promotional Plans and Competitive input across Int’l business which can be used in each country with little or no adaptation.
- Creates and assist the country in executing marketing strategies, including implementation of activities to ensure business growth and achieve targeted profitability in the region
- Develops and recommends positioning and messaging strategies and tactics.
- Develops and recommends pricing strategies ,commercial strategy, aligned with company strategy
- Designing and aligning of promotional materials with the Global Plans, synchronized with the promotional cycles, customized to the portfolio and market needs of the Nepal
- Builds relationships with key customers across countries, drive KoL support and advocacy for the business.
- Gathers market intelligence to understand the Global Developments, identifying partner/customer needs and competitors strategies.
- Uses market knowledge to create sustainable competitive advantage. Communicates such knowledge to the respective people in the organization.
- Organizes company own and coordinates participation in industry organized events.
- Develops in-depth market and product analyses to identify opportunities and assess the value of potential business opportunities. Analyses data and understands science in drawing valid conclusions and formulating indicated actions.
- Participates as equal partner to the new products development concepts and ideas.
- Recommends innovative strategies, programs and material, which work to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Treats sales force as key stakeholders and supports them with added value training and marketing programs ensuring optimal marketing messages flow towards the channels and product users
- Works collaboratively with medical, regulatory, supply chain ,planning, demand forecasting, HR and Finance
- Responsible for Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate + MBA
Experience: 7- 10 years of experience .Marketing experience in international markets preferable
