Bhagyalaxmi International is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account books and accounting systems.
Organize, verify, and systematically file all receipts and financial documents.
Assist in preparing and managing company accounts and financial records.
Ensure accuracy in all financial records, receipts, and statements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist in generating reports.
Support the finance team in routine accounting tasks and reconciliations.
Assist in monitoring expenses and maintaining proper financial documentation.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed or running).
Basic understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience or internship in accounting will be considered an added advantage.
