Job Description
Heaven Handicraft is seeking a detail-oriented Account Officer to manage daily financial records, maintain stock data, and handle accounting tasks using Tally software. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and financial record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records using Tally.
Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries in the accounting system.
Manage and update stock and inventory records.
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the sales team.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation.
Ensure accurate record keeping and support in audits when required.
Job Specification
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally software.
Understanding of stock management and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or a related field is preferred (Freshers with Tally knowledge may also apply).
