Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Owner to serve as the critical link between technical teams (engineering, infrastructure, security) and business/stakeholder groups (leadership, compliance, operations). This role is pivotal in driving product development that aligns with both strategic business goals and robust technical standards, particularly within the healthcare domain where regulatory compliance and data security are paramount.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
6-7 years of relevant experience in Product Management engineering, or technical leadership roles in health care or regulated industries.
Good understanding of data privacy/security requirements (HIPAA), regulatory compliance, auditability.
Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile / Scrum processes.
Excellent communication with strong decision making and analytical skills.

Certifications / Preferred Credentials

Agile / Scrum certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.) are beneficial.
Certifications in security / compliance / health care IT (e.g. Certified Health Informatician, Health Information Privacy, etc.).
