Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry-specific regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of organizational documents.
- Ensure proper management and control of documents for accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate document approval processes and circulate to relevant stakeholders.
- Standardize reports to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Prepare reports on system performance, compliance audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audits.
- Provide regular updates on compliance status to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- High ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CMA, or CPA preferred
