Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Biratnagar, Nepal

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounting operations. The candidate should have strong numerical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial statements
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws
Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
Use accounting software for data entry and reporting

Job Specification

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
