Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Banking and Insurance Officer who will be responsible for managing insurance and loan-related operations across all divisions of the organization.Job Title: Banking and Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Handle rate negotiation with insurance companies to ensure agreed terms are maintained.
- Maintain an insurance tracker covering all divisions for effective monitoring and control.
- Maintain and update an insurance claim tracker for all divisions to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Carry out monthly account reconciliation with insurance companies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and share monthly and weekly MIS reports with management for review and decision-making.
- Maintain a loan tracker for all divisions to monitor loan status and related details.
- Manage and maintain complete loan documentation for all divisions in an organized manner.
- Prepare and submit monthly and weekly MIS reports related to loans for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, insurance, management, or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
