About the Job:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales, implementation, and support teams to drive new business and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Participate in customer calls and meetings to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
Technical Sales Support:
- Provide in-depth technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Address technical questions and concerns, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our products.
- Support the transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
Software Deployment, Proof of Concepts (POC), and Assessments:
- Tailor configurations to align with specific client requirements
- Assist in developing and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
Customer Support and Training:
- Provide training to customers and partners.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
- Act as the escalation point for complex support issues.
Market Feedback:
- Gather and relay feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.
INTERNAL Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Having prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
- Certification in key technology areas (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Linux) is highly desirable.
- Technical knowledge of infrastructure systems, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent in English, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
