Job Description

About the Job:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales, implementation, and support teams to drive new business and ensure seamless customer onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:

  • Participate in customer calls and meetings to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.


Technical Sales Support:

  • Provide in-depth technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Address technical questions and concerns, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our products.
  • Support the transition of projects from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.


Software Deployment, Proof of Concepts (POC), and Assessments:

  • Tailor configurations to align with specific client requirements
  • Assist in developing and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.


Customer Support and Training:

  • Provide training to customers and partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex support issues.


Market Feedback:

  • Gather and relay feedback from customers to the product development and marketing teams to help improve our offerings.


INTERNAL Skills and Qualifications:


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Having prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
  • Certification in key technology areas (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, Linux) is highly desirable.
  • Technical knowledge of infrastructure systems, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) will be considered an added advantage.
  • Excellent in English, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
