Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Support Officer, located in the Lalitpur District. The Project Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to projects, assisting with stakeholder engagement, managing program activities, and conducting various analytical tasks. Daily tasks will include coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the team to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Issue Handling & Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve software, accounting, transaction, printing, sync, server, and schema-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
  2. Installation & Setup – Support installation and configuration of server, client, and PC systems for smooth software deployment.
  3. Documentation Support – Prepare compliance documents, user manuals, and handover notes for internal and external use.
  4. Requirement Analysis – Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable development tasks.
  5. Software Updates & Deployment – Coordinate software updates and deployments to minimize user disruption and ensure success.
  6. Meetings & Coordination – Participate in meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on actions across teams and clients.
  7. Software Testing (UAT) – Assist in user acceptance testing, collect feedback, and ensure issues are addressed pre-deployment.
  8. Field Visits & Onsite Support – Visit client sites for demos, training, and implementation support as needed.
  9. Inquiry & Guidance Handling – Handle queries via remote tools or chat platforms and provide accurate guidance.
  10. Call Follow-Ups – Conduct follow-up calls to track progress and escalate unresolved support issues when necessary.

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision making
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience in project management or support roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
