Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner following the MOTs of Lemon Tree Hotels.
· Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders.
· Provide recommendations & upsell to guests based on preferences.
· Deliver food and beverages promptly.
· Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently.
· Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and decorations.
· Serve food and beverages following standard procedures.
· Clear and clean tables after service.
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the service area.
· Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
· Follow all health and safety regulations.
· Support team members and other departments to contribute to a positive work environment.
· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
