This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Manager at Dreamland Gold Resort in Butwal. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at the resort, including menu planning, procurement, staff management, and ensuring exceptional guest service. The role will involve daily coordination with the culinary team, restaurant staff, and management to maintain high standards.
- Menu Planning, Procurement, and Food Service Management skills
- Experience in staff management and guest service in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field
