Role Description


  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for trucks and tippers.
  • Prepare sales action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up for closure.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer outreach programs to increase product visibility and prospect engagement.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into prospective customers through effective communication and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities, customer preferences, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Share actionable insights with management to refine pricing, marketing, and product positioning strategies.
  • Monitor changes in government regulations, financing schemes, and commercial vehicle policies that could affect customer buying behavior.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of trucks and tipper models, specifications, features, and advantages.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and confidently to customers and address queries related to performance, usage, maintenance, and after-sales service.
  • Stay updated on product upgrades, new launches, and competitor products.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, service, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery, financing, and registration of sold vehicles.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share leads, insights, and best practices to drive collective success.
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to review progress and align on targets


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
  • Channel Sales proficiency
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
