Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients across global markets for IT outsourcing services (projects & staff augmentation).
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s international presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprises, startups, and agencies.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
- Oversee the client onboarding process and ensure smooth project execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- 5 years plus proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the IT outsourcing industry in International Market.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models, staff augmentation, and project-based services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in international markets (such as Australia, the US, UK, or Europe) is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and cloud solutions is a plus.
