We are hiring a Jr. Sales Officer to join our team.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Entry-level experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn
Language: Proficiency in English
Two-wheeler driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Generate and maintain a list of potential Clients' queries through various channels (phone, website, email, social media, etc.).
Present Products/Services: Present IT solutions, products, and services to potential clients clearly and compellingly.
Close Sales: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to move them through the sales funnel.
Relationship Management: Respond to client inquiries promptly and address any issues or concerns.
Market Research and Insights: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
Support Senior Sales Staff: Assist senior sales officers and managers in developing proposals and presentations.
