Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management to join our team, As a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales target and expand our customer base,
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market presence,
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer preferences and trends,
Coordinate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction,
Should have to handle the social media and related activities to promote the resort in social media,
Prepare and present reports on marketing campaign results and sales activities to management,
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to keep our offerings competitive,

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hotel management(BHM) or equivalent experience
3-4 years' of sales experience,
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,
Proficiency in MS office and related software,
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities,
Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
