We are looking for a dynamic Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our team and act as the bridge between our agency and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. The Candidate should have ideal experience in an Ad agency or Marketing firm. Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent relationship management and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute client servicing strategies to retain and grow accounts.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to understand and align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, production) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and deliver results.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work closely with the business development team for up-selling and cross-selling services.
- Resolve client concerns with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior client servicing executives to enhance team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects with efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
