Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Kathmandu. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the company's marketing budget. The role includes conducting market research, collaborating with sales teams, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts are effective. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with maintaining brand consistency, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of market research methods and performance metrics analysis
- Skills in budgeting, project management, and team collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a must.
- Prior experience in marketing ,direct selling or related industry is beneficial.
