We advocate for children's rights and provide family-like care and support services.
Role Description
This is a full-time leadership role located in Bhairahawa at SOS Children's Villages Nepal. The role involves overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the well-being of children and young people in our care.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management skills
- Experience in Child Welfare or Social Work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advocacy and Human Rights knowledge
- Collaboration and Teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Child Rights and Protection
- Master's degree in Social sciences
