Job Description
As Sales Executive you’ll develop and implement strategies to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Attends daily morning sales meeting.
  • Calls local agents, companies, organizations and airlines.
  • Contacts clients and develop business leads.
  • Documents all contacts with clients.
  • Submits call reports on daily basis.
  • Forwards relevant confirmation to clients on any business secured.
  • Develops new business from local agents, companies, organizations and airlines.
  • Schedules sales blitz to local companies and airlines to promote the hotel.
  • Advises management of sales effort progress and bookings.
  • Follows, reviews, and advise the superior of ways to improve the Sales Standards and Policy.
  • Knows and understands policies of the department well and can guide others to perform the job well.
  • Recognizes and able to manage to maintain good quality products and presentation.
  • Checks, reviews, and proposes service standards established by the company.
  • Aids the employee when required.
  • Maintains self and all personnel’s grooming standards.
  • Concerns and promotes the hotel’s environmental programs and other programs which are organized by the hotel and employees.
  • Communicates effectively with guest, clients, business partners and staff.
  • To be a good sales person to promote hotel’s image and businesses.
  • Participates community projects or activities in order to promoting the hotel’s image and cooperation to improve community relationship.
  • Wears uniform with pride and honor

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing/sales or related field 
  • 2 or more years of experience in a hospitality or in any hotel.
  • Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English
  • Must speak local language(s)
