What You’ll Do
- Credit Assessment & Analysis: Examine financial statements, tax returns, and multi-entity structures to determine loan viability and ensure compliance with Australian regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with lenders, solicitors, and other partners to expedite loan approvals and maintain smooth processes.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee active applications, troubleshoot delays, and proactively follow up on any outstanding requirements or documents.
- Documentation & Organisation: Keep meticulous records, track important deadlines, and maintain compliance checklists so that no detail falls through the cracks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers and other internal teams to streamline loan processing, enhance efficiency, and deliver top-notch customer outcomes.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years in Australian mortgage broking or credit analysis (highly preferred).
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to interpret complex financial data, follow money trails, and build Statements of Position from multiple sources.
- Strong Communication: Fluent in English—both written and verbal—capable of liaising with Australian-based colleagues and clients.
